1.25-mile oval in Madison, IL (near St. Louis), formerly Gateway Motorsports Park / Gateway International Raceway. Hosts NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and NTT IndyCar Series races.
The Madison, Illinois site began as a drag strip in 1967 and added a road course in 1985. The 1.25-mile oval, built in the mid-1990s, hosted its first major race, a CART event, in 1997. Dover Motorsports bought the facility in 1998 but closed it in 2010. Days before it was to be torn down in 2011, St. Louis developer and former Indy Lights driver Curtis Francois reopened it as Gateway Motorsports Park. It has since added IndyCar, a kart track and, since 2022, the NASCAR Cup Series, and it took the World Wide Technology Raceway name in 2019.
