About This Track
Lusail International Circuit is a 5.419-kilometer (3.367-mile), 16-turn road course in Lusail, just north of Doha, Qatar. It opened in 2004, added permanent floodlights in 2007, and seats about 52,000. The circuit hosted the first Qatar motorcycle Grand Prix in 2004 and the inaugural Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix in 2021.
